I feel absoultly sick and tired of my relationship. Ive been with my BF for over a year with prior years of not "technically being together" and I want to spend as much time away from him and not see him as much as possible. We are fairly young ( in our 20's) and he's always drunk which is one of the reasons i know i dont want to see him, because hes the annoying and sloppy disgusting fall over drunk. (embarassing even if its just me and him) I know another reason i dont want to see him is because he always wants to have sex (background: I dont really like having sex all that much not because of him just because its just not my thing, however to contridict myself when i want, i want it (rarely).to further that, hes always drunk, and when im not, its gross "im sober and this is sloppy an sucks" sex. Those are just some examples of whats mainly going on in my head when i think about "us". Please please help me out : give me advice on how to better things or tell me youve experience???

If you are tired of the relationship, why are you still with him? You shouldn't be in a relationship with someone who you don't want to be with. Maybe there's something I'm not getting here.

A great relationship can withstand the good and the bad. Any relationship you get into will always have its ups and downs; it's how you deal with it. So when things aren't going well, you should talk it out with him.

I've had that feeling before and I say you need to quit using him as your security blanket and leave him alone. You may like him as a friend and even really have some love for him but he's not who you want as your boyfriend anymore. Move on and quit torturing him and yourself.

Every relationship has it's good and bad days and the good is always GREAT but if most times you don't want to be with him then you really do not want him. Be real with yourself about it.
