I have been speaking to a guy for 3 weeks now, he has a Girlfriend (of 4 months) at first it was just phone sex & a laugh but our feelings have got stronger lately.

I was meant to see him last week (but as he said at the beginning it was just sex & i had come on my period i canceled). Well he didn't talk to me for 2 days & then said it was cause he thought i was lying & i bailed on him.

So we sorted things out- he said he was gutted. we arranged to meet tmrw now as it was best for both of us (me being a nurs & workin shifts & him with his GF). Well last night i said can i still see u tmrw (makin an effort an all) & he said

'cant see why not but i need to be home before 10pm tho as the girlfriend is coming round'

I was livid i know the situation but i was. He said he was free & he wouldn't get to me till 7pm ish. He has been the one who has pursued me & has made the effort & said he likes me & misses me despite never meeting me.

I text back saying ' don't worry we can meet another time when there is no time restrictions' & guess what?? He never replied & we are no longer talking again.

I just don't know what to make of it all? He says he likes me & fancies me & that & that he thinks im wonderful but he is acting like this,

Can anyone shed some light? I know its wrong but does he likes me? Is there hope or am i just a shag (sorry)

Please reply both men & women's experiences & advice would be great

Nic xx

Unfortunately Nicky, you have nailed it on your speculation. This man is already unfaithful to his current girlfriend. If the two of you got together what would stop him from being unfaithful to you? Certainly his word is not legit.

Push this experience past you. Nothing good could possibly come from it. I know that is not what you want to hear, but he seems to be thinking with other parts and not his head.

If for some reason you want to keep this going between you and him, then I would suggest you try reaching him and let him know that if you two are to be together he should first break-up with his current GF.

How would you feel if he decided to stop things with you for the sake of his girlfriend?

As long as the girlfriend is in the picture, you run that risk of getting hurt. If he likes you as much as you like him, then he wouldn't put you through that anxiety.

you should never become a part in cheating. Lies only lead to bigger lies and everyone ultimately gets hurt.
