I am just looking for some feedback/ advice about this situation. My boyfriend and I have been together for about 4 years total. We just had a baby together two months ago. He hasn't touched me since, and explained to me that it is because he feels guilty after sex. He says it always been this way, and basically is now abstaining. He is not sure if it's because we're not married or if he will always feel this way. I can't imagine spending the rest if my life being celibate, not by choice. I love him and want to spend the rest of my life with him, but I am deeply conflicted and confused. Any ideas/ advice?

Hi Coley,
My opinion would be that it is possible that he is feeling this way because he is rightfully scared by the unknown of your relationship, the unknown of your future, being parents out of wedlock. It is difficult to not be insecure at times, in our world today. In our hearts we don't want to deceive others or ourselves about how we feel, and we don't want to be deceived either, especially by ourselves. Just at times our instincts can overpower our conscious choices. When this happens we may feel guilty about what we have done - and feel a certain amount of regret, and question our motives. Often, when we work through these types of moods with a shared balance of empathy, understanding, support and love - the beginning insecurities are acknowledge as unfounded fears and put to rest so we can love ourselves, our life’s and each other even more...
