ME N MY BOYFRIEND HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR A YEAR NOW N WE HAVE A 7 MONTH OLD SON. N SINCE THE BEGINNING ITS ALWAYS BEEN DRAMA.. OFF N ON.. HIS EX HAS BEEN OFF N ON AGAIN IN THE PICTURE. HE HAS CHANGED HIS NUMBER OVER 6X ALREADY N CLAIM HE DONT TALK TO HER, BUT JUST RECENTLY HE DECIDED HE DIDNT WANNA COME HOME.. N SHOWED UP AT WORK LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED. I THREATNED TO BREAK UP WITH HIM N HE SAID HE DIDNT WANNA LOSE ME N HE WOULD DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO KEEP ME. BUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT HE GOES M.I.A N TURNS HIS PHONE OFF. THESE R MIXED SIGNALS N I AM CONFUSED N DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO

Are you saying that he was with his ex "off and on" while he was with you?

YES BUT NEVER ADMITTED TO IT. I WOULD ALWAYS HEAR IT FROM THE EX GIRLFRIEND, BUT HE WENT GOT MY NAME TATOOED ON HIM N CHANGED HIS NUMBER AGAIN TO PROVE HE WAS INTO ME N O NLY ME N FOR 6 MONTHS ITS BEEN GOOD BUT NOW IT SEEMS LIKE HISTORY IS REPEATING ITSELF. I REALLY LOVE HIM N JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

How do you explain changing his number six times? It doesn't matter how many times he changes it if it's being used the same way. On second thought, maybe he's using you the same way too.

He may be thinking that he just has to do barely enough so that you don't follow through with your threats. Seems like it has been working so far if he got away with what he did.

Well, write what is happening on a sheet of paper with today's date. In a month from now, write what happens then compare the two entries. See if there has been much of a change.
