I have a question. I have found that my wife has been lying to me regarding a relationship she is involved in We have only been separated for a short time (I only moved out less than a month ago) but she has been hving issues with the marriage for a year or 2. (would of been 10 years Jul 4th)

Anyways I had suspected something (gut feeling?!?) for a while but I found out (through some not very nice means but one has to do what one has to do when they suspect they are being lied to)

Anyways I have asked her on numerous occasions if she just wanted to end the marriage and move on, she has always stood by a trial separation (later to find out she never had any intention of reconciliation) and I found out she has a new BF already, and has called him her steady.. Can I get her for infidelity in this case.. I do know she has not come home on weekends. She has denied this fact Anyways that being said if adultery is at play here can I get a divorce quicker than waiting 1 year (I am in Canada)

Thanks

Keep the flames to a minimum please when one f*cks around with ones emotions by lying and denying facts I know to be true ..

Hello Jim, welcome to the forum

Unfortunately I have no idea about what the law says about that in Canada. I do advise you though to give it a try. But, for what? Revenge? Or are there other benefits involved when divorcing because of adultery?
