Okay, This is hard. I fell in love with a married man 7 years ago. Took him 18months to leave his wife, but he did. We lived together til 2007. His ex wife died of an overdose and he got custody of his two children. I thought life was good. I knew he loved me and I bought a house for all of us. His two children and my one. We had some rough patches but all in all it was pretty good. Last March he packed his children and himself and went to his mom's. I thought to cool off and then come home. He instead got a rented house and moved there with a new girl 11 years younger.
While he has been living with her this last 17months. He and I have still been sneaking around at least once a week if not more. She decided to leave him and I let him back totally in my life. What a mistake. This man has robbed me every way you can think of. Financially, mentally and literally. I can't breathe sometimes because for the third time really. He went begged her back again. She knows how to reject him and tell him no. She went 2 months and did not talk to him. Told him she never wanted him only his kids. What kind of games are we playing here???? I have cried for the past 17months so much I can't see. I cant talk to anyone because I am embarrassed at how stupid I am for holding on...
I can see those blue eyes right now and just want to cry. Help me help me help me....

Kelliva, welcome to the forum.
I wish I wouldn't have to say this, but...
the truth is that men who are capable of cheating on their wives aren't all that trustworthy overall. It is a character that will repeat itself in other relationships they have. If you see a married man and he cheats on his wife: RUN!!
You are the next in line....
Now this doesn't help you at the moment of course because you are terribly hurt. Still, the best "medicine" for you right now is working hard at forgetting him. He is bad news... Men like that always are...

So sad to hear....but like Ayngel said if he cheated on his wife to be in a relationship with you that should have been a sign.
At this point you need to sever all communications with him and stop allowing him to take advantage of you. It is an unfortunate situation but you need to learn from it and move on. It is obvious you know he is up to no good so take the next step and shut him out of your life. Good luck.
