First move!

Theres this guy I have a major crush on...and I really want to get to know him and possibly date him..The only problem is hes friends with me ex...and I don't know what to do. I really want to make a move, but I dont know what to say to him or what to do....what should I say to him? The only time we ever talked was when me and my ex were together...and now I don't know what to say. a bunch of my friends think he likes me because they say he always checks me out...now I just want to make the first step. HELP PLEASE!

It really depends on what happened in your relationship with him. If you just broke because of differences, then it shouldn't be a big deal because that's really between him and your ex. Usually guys will ask his friends if it's ok to date an ex and if it's just a clean breakup, it's usually ok.

Ummmm... ask him out to something you both would like. Believe me, he feels any conflict between him and your ex, he will say something if he has agreed. Guys generally do not piss off each other over a girl. It's usually cool if there's nothing crazy gone on between him and you before. Girls on the other hand... well.. LOL yeah.

I'm sorry but when did it become okay to date friends of your ex??? I just don't understand that one.

I could never and would never date anyone that was or is a friend of one of my ex's ESPECIALLY if we were intimate because they don't need to be sitting back comparing notes. That's just a very uncomfortable situation to me.

Would you care if your ex dated one of your friends? I can't say I've never been attracted to an ex's friend but I just can't cross that line.
