Friendly Or Flirty?

theres this guy i work with and im not sure if hes flriting, or hes just being friendly because he works with me!
he uses nicknames for me, says its boring wen im not in work, calls me to see if i am in work, trys scaring me if my backs turned ect.says he isnt doing the late shifts if im not, never puts kisses on questions, but after conversation he puts about 5.he touches me a lot and when were talking i feel like were having a staring competion and i always feel stupid. i really do like him, but im a really shy person when it comes to this sort of stuff. i want to make a move but not sure what! so do you thinks hes likes me and if so how should i make a move?

not sure. it's hard to tell sometimes. some guys are just friendly like that. i've done that stuff with a girl before without wanting anything more than friendship. have you ever complimented him? the reaction may be a step on where he stands without it being too awkward.
