Have you lost your lover to an internet?

I have, I had been in the relationship with my ex for 4 yrs, every year also before our anniversary, he would break up with me because he wanted to have new friends. The term"Friends" mean other women. He got bored of being with me because I didn't know how to stay in love and be needy enough for him.

He would came back to me after a few months with new promises and sincerity of regrets. But it was all an act, the last break up was about a month ago. He found someone online after 2 days, went on a day after a week, and got rejected with 3 weeks. He didn't want to be with me but yet he told me he wants to have connection with me because he still love me. He wanted to have me in his life and he wasn't looking for love. But yet he is out on a date and calling me a stalker when I happen to ran into him.

I felt so sad because he was willing to move his whole entire life for someone he met on life for just a few weeks. I kept asking myself why and was it my fault.

I want this feeling heaviness inside my chest to go away. I want to be free and be rid of him, Please tell me how to do it..

Nobody can tell you how to get rid of that sorrow, because it just doesn't happen. It takes time. You need to reflect on the bad things he did to you and use that to get you by. I was in your shoes. I spent months wallowing and asking myself the same questions, but I finally realized that sometimes two people just don't work out regardless of their history together. He is a user, plain and simple, and you need to take solace in the fact that even though you are alone, you are better without someone like that in your life. Better to be hurt now than hurt later when it might really matter, ie married.

we can actually lost our love in many ways..
Also it's not an excuse how long we've been with the person. Time comes that we will fall out of love because there are such reasons... Just accept it..
