I am still finding it really hard even after a week after sh...

I am still finding it really hard even after a week after she dumped me, I know people on here have been more then helpfully saying do not contact her, let her cool down etc!! but I did send a letter to her couple of days ago saying how I feel about her and what she means to me etc. I know we were only going out for to months, (please look at older post of more info) but I began to love her.

Has anyone got any advice about what I can do and if I did the right thing by sending a letter and I have not rang or texted her since she ended it.
