I ended things with my ex, we were together for 3 years but I immediatly regretted it. I know he still loves me but how do I regain his trust? Its been 7 weeks since we split, he ignored me for the first 5 weeks. We attempted to be friends for a week but just argued. now I havent spoken to him for a week and I dont know wether to give him space or contact him?
