I've been with my gf for 3 years until in 3 days ago, we are on space now

Hi my name is Vinai.

I have a very emotional right now and I can't live without her because we have been together for 3 years since she wanted a space with me after she got fired from her job. then she dated with other guy, but she said she just wanted to see how her life will be. she said her heart really love me so much and never want to lose me. I'm really hurtful when I found out she dated with other guy and I just confused myself.
I really love her a lot with all my heart and she's the one who spend with rest of my life.

Oh god...I don't know what to do without her because I've been very painful and haven't eat since 3 days.

Its really most difficult for me because I've been depressed in 3 days now. She knew she really hurtful that she hurt me what she done to me.
I understand she wanted a space with me, but I don't like see that she dated other guy.

What should I do?

First you should go eat. Then, after eating you shall take my advice. Ok? Have we made a deal? I'm counting on you.

Well, you should go talk to her, have the serious talk and ask her straight why did she date other guy if she says you are the one on her heart. She might have been confused, she might have felt alone, curious, I dunno, there are so many reasons. But you should go talk to her and ask her directly. You can tell her you still like her and (if she likes you too) you want to be together with her again. You could suggest that you start slowly, like when you weren't together and you were trying to win her heart. That whole process is a magical experience and you could pass through it another time. She would feel secure and loved, you could show her that you're there for her, and she should do the same to you. So you have to know what she realy wants, if she is williung to do the same things for you (if she loves you). If she is not, well, I'm sorry, there is nothing more you can do, you can't make her love you, and you don't wanna insist cause you don't wanna push her away from your life, you wanna still be friend with her so that maybe later you can make grow from that friendship the love again.

But please, eat. She would like you to eat, she still cares about you even so.

yes, i will deal and i will eat. I can't help it way I feeling because I never felt this before. Yes, I've talking to her this morning and she said she really hurt what she done to me and she really love me very much. She is just confused herself and she's in mixed between me and him. I don't think she did love him cause she only know him in 1 week when they first met and they started like each other. is that reason for them too early? Every day is a new day you need to eat and sleep properly. Emotions run higher without these two things that are so important to our own well being. You need time also. Second chances are difficult and need to be done like summer said slowly, you need to regain your trust in her and she needs to regain her confidence in you also. It may not work out and that is why you yourself need to be able to deal with that possible outcome. Heal first friends second.

you are right... if she want to be friend with me then I guess there's nothing can I do. but Im tried control my emotion. I eat tuna and orange juice in 1 per day because it's really hard for me cause of my memories with her.

You need to start looking after yourself. You sound so depressed. Start doing things for yourself that makes you feel good.

yeah I'm depressed. I'm watching on tv but i don't want to see on tv u know it's really hard for me and you don't understand how emotion I am. I've been with her for 3 yrs plus I know her more than 8 years. Can you imagine that?

Yes I can, I have been through it also. I couldn't watch TV, listen to music or even read a book. I was a mess at work. Couldn't go out and be around people. Always felt like I wanted to cry. I didn't even want to get back together, I couldn't deal with why it happened to me. I thought I was doing everything right. I felt like no one would ever want to be with me ever again. I went to counselling, put my kids in counselling also because I diidn't know how it was going to affect them because they were young. This was years ago, but... I finally discovered what is called cognitive therapy. That is what finally helped me. We are not in control of others and trying to wish things were different is not always in our control. Understanding that makes a HUGE difference.
For some people and not just alcoholics the 12 steps is also another way to help yourself in any situation.

yeah I'm try to be strong and I have to deal with it. I always wonder what she's doing u know. It's kind of bother me when she dated guy. u know... The common ground is respect, consideration, the fact that you enjoy coming home to that person because you feel happy to do so and the same with her. Cooking dinner together. Cleaning up together. Or understanding when she is tired you tell her to go relax and cook dinner and make a heck of the mess in the kitchen but she won't mind cleaning it up because you were condsierate enough to recognize she had a hard day. Vica versa for you also. No queens no kings.
