My girlfriend left me and i want her back! :(

hello, my girlfriend of 2 years broke up with me 5 days ago. she ended it after i got back from work but before i went to work we had sex and went out for dinner and i said i loved her and she said it back and we kissed before i left to work and when i got back she said we needed to talk i thought it was about somthing else... but she ended it...but yesterday we had sex? i begged for her back and she still said no. before that i went to her house the day after to see how she was doing she was laughing the hole time.......about 2 hours ago right now she said she had enough of me txting and phoning her 1000 times and asking if she has a new lover. i recently found out shes been talking to this guy she use to know and on facebook notes she says weird stuff about him so i messaged him on facebook swearing and cussing and he messages the girl i love saying i woke him up SHE FLIPS OUT SAYING THAT I'LL never get back with you YOUR IMMATURE LALA AND STUFF LIKE THAT I NEED ADVICE i havent txted her since she threatnd to call the cops...but she hasnt been sleeping neither have i? whats going on please help

but i love her dearly and everything reminds me of her i cant even work properly and it sucks i cant sleep or go on this computer cuz everything reminds me of her....she had sex with me yesterday but still refuses to go back out with me i dont understand....i havent talked her for 2 hours now...and i sneak on my moms facebook cuz she hasnt blocked her and i saw on her status it said out date when we met with a </3 i see her new pictures her eyes look very sad...and i saw a picture she drew for this guy i dont like it said love (her name) and a heart...but he lives like 10hours away on a plane she use to like him but she moved...wtf do i do... im balling i cant suicide has come to my mind but i just cant... i need her i wanted to marry her...i did everything for her....but i cannot contact her or she will call the cops...


please help asap!!

you need to go out with your friends...talk to your mom...you should NOT be alone under any circumstance.

as for girls they are emotional...they don't think about the phsyical stuff as much as we men do...you are still young at 19! you have a long way to go...from the sounds of it she seems to be your first and this will take time but when you get over it you will be that much stronger! by even thinking about suicide your giving up on allt he people who truly care for you and need you..ur mom...ur friends etc etc...

I was in the same situation for about 2 months. The best thing you can do is not call,text or anything and when she calls you just be nice and hang up before she does. Don't tell her you love her or anything like that. Just act normal and just be a friend and talk about fun things nothing about the relationship at all. I know it is the hardest thing to do but you have to. Trust me. Don't go anywhere that she might be. Stay away, give her space. What ever she says just agree ith her. Go to your friends, that is why they are called friends. Do not contact her friends, family, nothing. This will make her wonder what you are doing and she will miss you. I promise this will work. She is not going 10 hours out of the way and he won't come to her either. Stay off facebook. That site is murder. I was also on it and checked on my ex and all it will do is hurt you. Delete everything on there because she will bechecking on you too. This will work. You have to. I know how hard it is because I was thinking all the same things you have. I cryed, begged, thought about killing myself, I mean everything. You just have to back off andlet things play out.
