need help on a family issuie problem

im a 32 male white and need some help on a family isussie problem like my parent that im living with are like verbal assasult and yelling at me and saying im weak and stuff so like anyone on this site has that problem and solve it please tell me what to do ok please

just need help on having my parents listen to me and not disagreeing with me and dad is like a major sport fan and been trying to get me into watching it which im a anti sport fan and mom she into crafting and reading books which she trying to get me into reading books and i don't read books i like to read off the internet and and like my profile say im a video game fan and movie fan and music fan and they don't aprove on that all because they think i'll rott doing this stuff

Maybe every month, you could see a game with your dad and read a book for your mom once a month. They could be less hard on you when they see you have done something for them.

well for one thing sports put me to sleep and reading a book does too like this one day i watch a hockey game and fell asleep through it and i wasn't tired but it put me to sleep and reading a book well sometimes i have a hard time reading the words like i can't say them as im reading it

umm on sunday it got worset my dad yell at me and told me to be off my pc for that whole day and so i have and now im on a strict time line now 12pm to 4pm then 6pm to 12am and b4 that have to do some stuff around the house
