Depends on the people in that relationship. In practice 15 is still a minor. However some 15 y/o's are more adult than others and know what they want -

Are you stupid? Ok, don't answer that, but seriously really think hard on that question. He is 18 and you are 15...how about you two date and then if after awhile you are still together, then move it to the next level.
Remember, he is 18, his hormones are gonna be racing until he's about 25 and a lot can happen in between. I don't mean to be pessimistic, but lets be realistic...how many people haven't been cheated on and how many people's hearts haven't been broken? As much as I don't want to say it but...OPEN YOUR EYES GIRL!! YOU HAVE YOUR WHOLE LIFE AHEAD AND THE LEAST THING YOU NEED IS END UP PREGNANT WITH A BABY AND A HUSBAND WHOM YOU'LL DIVORCE IN 2 YEARS...TRUST ME, I WORK FOR A DIVORCE ATTY.

We said something. A child is no game. Not an experimental object either. A child deserves the very best one can give it. To be prepared for giving it the best one can. At the age of 15 and not having finished school (college or other education) you would not be in the position to give a child security.

That is the wrong sequence to a happy family life, Tanna. First one gets married and THEN one has a child (if one is blessed to be able to have one- or more).

It's your life, Tanna. And that of your child (if you are preg) -
I strongly advise against teenage pregnancies though. I hope you can understand.

Some do - some don't. Was the potential father aware of this "development"?

Oh yes, because depending on gov. and sister's is the greatest way to live life....C'mon...
You and him broke up because of a physical fight? Wow...I wonder, when you write your posts...do you read them?? Not to be mean, but here's your summary, if you don't get it, then there is no point for anyone to respond to your posts...
1. You're 15
2. You want to get pregnant
3. You have no educational background other then some highschool
4. You don't have your own place or a secure job (btw, America is in a shit hole right now...)
5. You want to rely on your relatives for support if you do get pregnant
6. You're dating a guy with whom you physically fight
7. The guy is 3 years older then you, which means that when he'll be 21, you'l be 18/19...meaning..he'll be going to bars and clubs, while you'll be sitting wondering "Is he faithful..blah blah blah"...or you'll be sitting wtih a child thinking same thing....or you'll have a fake id and have to beg your friends to babysit...cuz that's just what they want..or you can hire a babysitter with the money that your relatives give...or pay with the money that your bf will give, but soon prob will advise you to stay home and take care of the baby cuz baby sitting cost a lot.....anyway.....
I can go on and on and on...but on a serious note...ENJOYR YOUR LIFE and USE YOUR BRAIN.I know you'll understand where we are all coming from...it's just a mtter of WHEN...and hopefully not when it will be a bit too late...

if you are asking for advice on this forum I am not going to stand for any of such language if someone is polite enough to advise you. Please restrain from this kind of language. It is not allowed. Are we clear here?

Hun, there is no reason to be so negative and defensive. You are absolutely right I do not know who you are and guess what, you don't know who I am either - so let this swing both ways. If you want me to stay away from your posts, I will be more than glad to do so because I do not try to help people who do not wish to be helped. But I will leave you on this note - if you ask for an advice, expect an honest advice, and don't expect to hear what you desire to hear. If you cannot handle critic or things that you do not agree with, simply don't ask anybody anything because people don't view the world the way you do and people don't feel what you feel. In some way it is good to ask a stranger for an opinion because neither of us know who you are and we do not have a conflict of interest (what you do, influences only you). It is also good to ask for an advice because those people see things more clear than you might have, because currently you are thinking of your heart and head (and seems like your heart has a stronger influence on you), we (strangers) are thinking with our heads because in no shape or form is our heart involved in what you particularly going through. And yes, there is a possibility of getting a wrong advice (like you think mine is wrong), because I only know what you post.
Anyway, I wish you all the best of luck and I hope that you will live your life fulfilled and with no regrets (I truly do).

Totally. If you cannot handle advice from people, you shouldn't ask for advice in the first place. No one's trying to be mean here.

omg hunny, please PLEASE listen to me. 15 is way too young! First of all, to marry you, you need to be at least sixteen and then get your parent's to sign a paper, giving you up as their dependent because you are still a minor. everyone told me when i was 15 that i was really mature for my age, but i'm 20 now, just had my first child and was totally unprepared! wait, at least until you graduate high school. if you two really love each other, it'll hold, if not, better to know now!
i'm not saying he'll cheat or you won't love him, but think about where you were when you were 12, aren't you more mature and think differently now then you did then?? believe me, you will have such a different perspective in a year, let alone 2 or 3. If he's THE ONE, you two will be all the stronger for holding out. I know that seems like a long time, but in the span of life, it's sooooo short!
just think about it hunny. don't rush into anything, even if he is THE ONE.
