basiclly wat he title says "what do i do when i still love him and everyone says he loves me back to but he gets nervouse when he tells me and other people no?"

Well everyone gets nervous when those words come about at first. But since you do know that he is still nervous about saying "i love you" maybe you sshould be the first one to throw it out there. I mean you know the feeling is mutual so you have nothing to be scare about its just about being comfortable with the other person and just coming out and saying how you feel. I know it maybe hard, but you just have to practice a little on your own saying the words and then it will just come natural when the two of you are together. I wish you the best of luck and don't hide your love from your parnter too long its only fair he knows how you feel.

it happens because you did fall in love with him before. but just because you love somebody doesn't always mean you go back to them if there are reasons. can you tell us more about this guy?
