Its very hard to understand a man like that but they exist. He has trouble bonding with humans and is more apt to animals and objects.

These types "try" for no one is a robot but he probably has deep seeded issues that have nothing to do with you.

For other men its a control tactic. If that is the case it just means he doesn't respect women and barely regards you as a pion.

He isn't going to warm up to you and tell you.

You have to ask yourself...is this someone who is going to make me feel great for the next 40-50 years?

The obvious answer is no.

So then you have to ask yourself, why am I trying to be with someone who is so weird when I know better.

The answer is, "oh, it's just me."

You cannot change this man. Once its become this it wont be fixed. It's not temporary. Even if you bring it up, he will try to fix it but it will become more awkward.

I know, I know, gymgirle, give the girl hope, for that is what she wants, tell her how to fix the man.

No fixing this one...just fix yourself.
