Would you date a guy with a Prison Past?

Ladies you meet this fabulous guy, he is a college graduate, has a good job that he's been on for a few years, he's very attentive to you and your needs, he has great conversation and a wonderful sense of humor, you love just about everything about him but you find out he has spent time in prison for things he's done in the past. Nothing extensive like murder, rape or molestation maybe burglary or theft but he no longer does those things nor hangs with the same crowd or type of crowd. He doesn't keep this secret from you, he tells you all about it and is very forthcoming about his past. Would that change your mind about dating him or your opinion of him?
